Who This Covers
This policy applies to evchargerinstallationsarasotafl.com and the phone number published on it, both operated by Suncoast EV Install. It does not cover the practices of the independent contractors we connect you with. Ask them for their own privacy terms.
Information We Collect When You Call
- Your phone number, the number you dialed, the date, time and length of the call.
- What you tell us during the call, such as your name, the area you live in, the type of home and the work you need.
- A recording of the call, if recording is active (see the notice below).
Call Recording Notice (Florida All-Party Consent)
Calls to our number may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and dispute resolution purposes. Florida law (Florida Statutes section 934.03) requires the consent of all parties to record a call. You will hear a notice at the start of the call. By staying on the line after the notice, you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, hang up and email us instead at hello@evchargerinstallationsarasotafl.com.
Call Tracking
The phone number on this site may be a call-tracking number. Call tracking lets us count calls, see which pages lead to calls, and route your call to a contractor who serves your area. The tracking provider processes call metadata on our behalf. We may use a dynamic number so the number you see can differ by page or referral source.
Information We Collect When You Visit the Site
This site does not use a contact form. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and load times without setting cookies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you reached the site, your approximate location based on your IP address, and your device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we have not enabled Google advertising features.

- To share the details you provide with that contractor so they can contact you about your job.
- To measure and improve our service and this website, and to resolve disputes about calls.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who We Share It With
We share your call details with the contractor we connect you with. We may also share information with service providers that run our phone system, call tracking, website analytics (Google Analytics) or hosting, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Call records and recordings are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal or accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your Choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about your call and ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention needs.
- You can ask us not to share your information with contractors, in which case we cannot match you.
- Do not call if you do not want your call recorded. Use email instead.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
